Why was my card declined?

Your card may be declined for one of the following reasons:

How do I know the status of my order?

Once your payment is confirmed, you will be sent within 1 business day by mail to the e-mail and whatsapp you registered at the time of placing your order, your tracking number and website of the parcel where you will find detailed information on the status until delivery.

Can I exchange or return an item purchased at OHRO?
