Changes

The most important thing for us is to make you happy with your purchase!

Please note the following:

  • The change request must be sent no later than 7 business days after receipt of the order.
  • Exchange guarantee for another color/model (subject to availability).
  • The products must have their original labels and be in perfect condition: unworn, unwashed, unperfumed (all garments are thoroughly checked upon receipt).
  • We do not handle changes over changes made previously.
  • For the purposes of changes, if there is a balance in favor, it will be credited to the same payment method used, if there is a balance against, it will be requested before sending you your new order.
  • On discounted merchandise, an exchange guarantee does not apply.
  • We do not handle refunds, only an exchange guarantee for another color or model.
  • The cost of shipping the model to return to our offices is the responsibility of the client, while the cost of shipping the new model is the responsibility of OHRO boutique with standard modality.
