Changes
The most important thing for us is to make you happy with your purchase !
Please note the following:
- The change request must be sent no later than 7 working days after receipt of the order.
- Exchange guarantee for another color/model (subject to availability).
- Products must have their original tags and be in perfect condition: unworn, unwashed, unscented (all garments are thoroughly checked upon return).
- We do not handle changes to previously made changes.
- For exchange purposes, if there is a balance in favor, it will be credited to the same payment method used; if there is a balance against, it will be requested before sending you your new order.
- On discounted merchandise, no exchange guarantee applies.
- We do not handle refunds, only exchange guarantee for another color or model.
- We do not handle exchanges on wholesale purchases.
- The shipping cost of the model to be returned to our offices is paid by the customer, while the shipping cost of the new model is paid by OHRO boutique in standard mode.
If you meet the above requirements please send the package back to:
