Changes
Our top priority is making you happy with your purchase!
Please note the following:
- The change request must be sent no later than 7 business days after receiving the order.
- Exchange guarantee for another color/model (subject to availability).
- Products must have their original tags and be in perfect condition: unused, unwashed, and free of perfume (all garments are thoroughly checked upon return).
- We do not handle changes to previously made changes.
- For changes, if there is a credit balance, it will be credited to the same payment method used; if there is a negative balance, it will be requested before sending your new order.
- Discounted merchandise is not eligible for exchange.
- We do not offer refunds, only a guarantee of exchange for another color or model.
- We do not handle changes on wholesale purchases.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning the model to our offices, while OHRO boutique covers the shipping cost of the new model with standard shipping.
If you meet the above requirements, please send the package back to:
